Stay still and worship

On saturday after  listening to the bible ( i couldn’t read 🙂 )  i had this message at heart.

Worship also means to stay still and admire the mighty work of the lord. Saying less listening more.

In this time we may learn to know God in a way we never thought of it. Worship is a lifestyle, something you do constantly. It is not just singing or writing, worship is more. You are a worship to the living God in the way you live your life and treat others.

Worship begins in the heart and goes even far beyond what we can imagine. When you experience the presence of God, when you learn to know more about him, his love, his will you learn to give him praise the way he deserves it.  Luke 6:45 “A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.”

Remember the verse saying: the time will come where the true worshipers will worship in spirit and truth? John 4: 21-24

Let yourself be renewed in the presence of God. Let the spirit teach you how it works and from there never cease to put the Lord’s name on high.

We are all called to be worshipers, actually we worship so much things: famous singers, people, our favorite football team/player etc… To Worship is to praise someone for his deeds, to acknowledge how special that person is.

I can only imagine how powerful our worship would be if we ( and i mean everyone) were really close to God’s Heart.

When we come in the presence of the Lord we are changed, changed to something better.

Do you fill your heart with worldly or godly things? How much time do you spend in the presence of the almighty?

Some verses about Worship ( mostly prayers for a heart of worship)

psalm 23:3-6

psalm 25: 4-5

psalm 27:4

psalm 51: 10-13

psalm 63: 1-8

Thank you Lord for the amazing people reading this, Lord teach us to worship you the way you deserve it. Let us experience more of you, dive in the living Word and be renewed in your presence everyday. In the mighty name of Jesus  Christ.
